It looks like you are using the SoundFlow Cloud Avid Edition, and you have previously completed your SoundFlow Cloud Pro Trial, and as such no longer have access to the Pro features.
To give you some background... The SoundFlow Cloud Avid Edition is a feature-reduced version of SoundFlow Cloud Pro, you can read more about it and compare the two here:
In short, we believe most Pro users will want to stick with the Pro version, as the Avid Edition does not give you access to any macros or scripts you’ve created yourself or installed from the Store.
Additionally, the Avid Edition does not support hardware integrations for Stream Decks or iOS & Android devices.
