    1. open Bounce butler
    2. take snapshot
    3. choose folder
    4. /null

    Expected Result

    choose folder

    Actual Result

    can't choose folder

    Workaround

    maybe some disk access or something like that

      Hi, @Andrea_Suriani,

      I believe you are asking about an issue with Bounce Factory.

      For help with Bounce Factory, it's best to follow the steps outlined here:

      Regardless, the issue you are hitting may be related to some Privacy & Security settings. I would check the System Settings > Privacy & Security > Automation and ensure that under SoundFlow, "System Events" is checked on that list.

            Hi @Andrea_Suriani ,

            Assuming you mean Bounce Factory…

            If disk permissions didn’t fix it could you please go to the Bounce Factory settings in the app, click the Report a Problem button and follow the instructions there? That way I can see what’s going on in the logs.
