Steps to Reproduce
- Click Soundflow Icon on top menu bar
- Click "set up profile" in window that appears
- I just see a big, empty window with the Soundflow logo in the middle - no way to edit anything
- I click "edit" in the bar above, and "edit profile" - it says I'm offline
- I restart, and click the soundflow icon in the top menu bar, and can see my account is logged in and connected to the internet.
- I click the button to see my account, and it opens in Chrome, which verifies that I'm logged in and connected to the internet.
Expected Result
I should be able to see my profile and be able to edit it. I tried this with other aspects of the program as well - it's just bricked.
Actual Result
I just have that blank window and can't edit anything. Software doesn't behave in the way shown in the installation/setup video.

Could this be because I have an old account and am trying this on a new computer? I'm using the newest stable version (5.10.5) on a Mac Studio with silicon. OS 15.3.2.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with this. This definitely sounds weird. Are you connecting from behind a firewall or VPN?
I just checked your account from here and it looks like it's full of various packages in the account you reported this from, so it definitely sounds like an issue with connectivity.

Another thing to confirm would be whether Local Network Access is enabled or not. This is typically the most common issue with macOS Sequoia:
