Ableton Public Beta - Troubleshooting, Getting Help, etc.

Chad here – I wanted to start a thread with resources as we grow the Ableton Live Community.

If you already have an account and only need to see the steps to install and set up the Ableton Live Integration, skip ahead to 4:30 in the video linked above. This video will walk you through setting up the SoundFlow MIDI Control Surface Device.
IMPORTANT
If you have any issues with the SoundFlow MIDI Control Surface not showing up in the list of available surfaces, or have other issues with the Ableton Integration:
First, ensure your system meets the requirements
- SoundFlow 5.10.5+ and an active SoundFlow Cloud Pro trial or subscription - visit soundflow.org/install for the latest installer.
- Ableton Live 12.1+ (Standard or Suite recommended)
If this still doesn't solve your issue
- Quit SoundFlow (from the menu bar app) and Quit Ableton Live.
- Re-open SoundFlow and Ableton Live from Finder.
- If this still doesn't resolve the issue, restart your computer.
- If you are still stuck, please reach out using the Help Issue Workflow.
