How to stop Soundflow from taking over Stream Deck and uninstall/disable the integration?
Hello,
I used Soundflow's direct integration with Stream Deck for a project and it was excellent. Now that project is complete and I want to go back to using the Stream Deck without the Soundflow integration (not even via the Stream Deck app).
Essentially, I want to go back to using the Stream Deck in its normal state and wish for Soundflow to no longer be aware of the Stream Deck.
How can I disable the Soundflow -> Stream Deck integration?
Best,
Rob

Thanks for the question.
You can go to the "Set up Stream Deck" section of the app here:
And then click the "go back" button:
Click "Setup your devices with Stream Deck app":
Finally, click "Restart SoundFlow":
This will release the Stream Deck, and you can then set up your Stream Deck with the Stream Deck app as desired.

Hi,
I've the same problem, I don't want to use SoundFlow with Stream Deck anymore. But I don't see the same thing.
When I click to the "Set up Stream Deck", the SoundFlow windows is opening and ask me for a subscription.
I've no access to any settings.
I'm with the free version after a test period offer by Avid.
Thank for your help.
Chad Wahlbrink @Chad2026-01-30 03:15:59.705ZThanks, @Megalobass,
We are now tracking the issue with the inability to select "Use Stream Deck app" on a free account. As a workaround, I've extended your trial by 14 days to allow time to update your Stream Deck configuration.
If you have any further issues with this, don't hesitate to contact support@soundflow.org.

Thank you, all is back to normal and running well.
And thanks for the support and quick response.

Thank you! This worked, with a couple modifications (for those who may find this post down the road).
Once you click "Set up Stream Deck" you then have to click in to "Use your devices directly from SoundFlow" and then "Restart SoundFlow." That will enable you to get to the Stream Deck Devices page where you can click "Go Back" (though I don't remember if it took me directly there or if I had to click back in to "Use your devices directly from SoundFlow," I think it was the latter).
Thank you very much, I'm back in business.
