SoundFlow user management

Can we please do something about the login prefs in SoundFlow

I have a small studio where I record VO's and mix and an editing setup at home, where I like to sit and work also, (my golden retriever likes it better at home)

I use 2 seperate macs and I am having to always login in at each place when I start working and have to go your website and logout the other session and than press "Try Again"

and btw, those are not shared computers in any way

Can you please add something like "Remember me" and "Logout other sessions" so transitions will happen without a few mouseclicks every time I sit down

best regards

You can use the switch button for this, up in the top right corner. Do it when both you're leaving / arriving. It is a bit annoying if you forget though.

        Hi @Johannes_Bragi_Bjarn

Thanks for reaching out about this.

You can use the "Switch" user button in the SoundFlow icon menu for this (if you’re the only one using both computers).

Before you leave your home setup, click "Switch" user. This closes your active session but keeps your credentials, so when you come back, you won’t have to re-enter your password. Do the same when you leave your studio.

Alternatively, shutting down the computer before you leave or quitting SoundFlow (SF icon -> Quit) will also clear the session, but the Switch user workflow is probably the fastest way to make transitions smoother.

        I hope that helps.

I know about switch, and how in general this works :)

"It is a bit annoying if you forget, though."

That was what I meant, and I was just suggesting a "REMEMBER ME" so it would be a bit more convenient

          1. Yes, we can certainly make this smoother. Thanks for the suggestion!
