I have a hard time using the loopback feature of Focusrite 4i4 4th gen. I want to record audio from any app in my pc but no the track that I created recieved no signal when I try to record one.

Steps to Reproduce
- In Pro tools: I created a stereo audio track. Armed and enabled input Monitoring
- Set Input interface to loopback 1-2
- Set Output interface to Output 1-2
- In Focusrite Control 2: Mix C Routed to Loopback
- Playback 1-2 is active
- I Check Windows Sound Panel - Recording Tab - Loopback L+R has signal but no signal is showing in the Audio1 track
- I wnet to setup- i/o - the delete existing path in Input, Output and Bus tab.
- Create New path by clicking the Default Button on the three tabs.
- Select Input interface = Loopback1-2 again
- Select Output interface = Output1-2 again

Expected Result
No Signal in Audio 1 Track
Actual Result
Still No signal in Audio 1 track
