Hi there, I installed Soundflow, created a profile. I even got asked wheter I want to start with some shortcuts availlable already or not. The software was then open. But now I can not open it anymore. When I click on the SoundFlow Probramm on my Mac-Book nothing happens. I am on high Sierra 10.13.3 (and I can not further update that OS). But I don't think, that that is the problem. I want to test Soundflow in my homeoffice only. Cheers, Daniel

There are 2 potential reasons why SoundFlow won't start up anymore. To get to the bottom of this, I'll need to collect some log files from your computer, and also potentially some crash reports.
To get the log files, please go to this folder: ~/Library/Application Support/SoundFlow/v2/logs
Please ZIP the whole folder and send to info@soundflow.org

Please let me know if you still need help with this - we would love to get to the bottom of why SoundFlow won't start on your computer.
In reply tochrscheuer⬆:Daniel Dettwiler @Daniel_DettwilerThanks, it actually does start. However I was not used to have a program in my dock that, if you open it, does nothing exept put it to the top of the Menu bar (from which it has to be opend again), no problem once it's clear. I do have other problems though, I will make a new post:-),
Thanks, Daniel
Christian Scheuer @chrscheuer2020-03-21 00:30:28.211ZGreat, thanks for verifying. Correct - SoundFlow runs in the background and you normally don't need to start it from /Applications as it always runs and starts with your system.
