Scheps MOM software not working

Stream Deck + should work as a MOM for the DaMan MTRX studio

No connection between DadMan and Stream Deck + (no handshake)

Dear SoundFlow Support,

I am writing to formally report that the Scheps MOMDeck / MOMEmu setup is not functioning as intended in my system, despite extensive troubleshooting and a significant amount of time spent trying to make it work.

My studio system itself is stable and functioning correctly:
• DADman is working normally with my MTRX Studio
• Pro Tools is working normally
• SoundFlow is working normally with Pro Tools
• EuControl / S3 is working normally

The issue is specifically with MOMDeck / MOMEmu.

What I can confirm:
• DADman is running version 5.8.2.2
• SoundFlow is running version 6.1.1
• macOS is 14.7
• MOMEmu appears in DADman Device List
• MOMEmu shows “Unit ready”
• MTRX Studio shows “Unit ready”
• The MOM profile is present
• The MOM layers are active and assigned

Despite all of the above, MOMDeck still reports “DADman Connection Not Up”, and the Stream Deck+ remains non-functional for DADman monitor control.

This means that DADman is clearly seeing MOMEmu at device level, but the final control handshake is still failing.

I purchased the Stream Deck+ and this software specifically in order to use it as a DADman MOM-style controller. At present, that advertised function is not working, despite the setup being valid and despite many attempts to resolve the issue.

At this point, I need a clear and concrete answer on the following:
1. Is this a known compatibility issue?
2. Is there a tested and reliable fix?
3. Is this combination of DADman 5.8.2.2 / macOS 14.7 / SoundFlow 6.1.1 / EuControl currently supported for MOMDeck use?

I would appreciate a direct response, as I have already lost a considerable amount of time trying to get this working.
