Macro to copy plugin (insert) settings to Audiosuite version?
Hi all! I've searched a bit but haven't found this one: is it possible to create a macro that will copy the settings from the Plug-in window, open the same version of the plugin but as audiosuite, and paste the settings? That would be awesome! Specifically I would like to do this in Pro Q 4, but it could be helpful in other plug-ins too and would eliminate quite a lot of clicking around. Thank you in advance! :)

That's it! However, when I try it, I am getting the following message: "Settings failed, This node was not found (Open Audiosuite Version of Plugin and Paste Settings: Line 46". Any thoughts?
I do get seemingly random occurrences of "This node was note found," which are seemingly always resolved by restarting Pro Tools (restarting Soundflow doesn't seem to help). So it COULD be related to this larger issue I'm experiencing... I can see if it works when I restart this huge session tomorrow... Any thoughts in the meantime? (I am still fairly new to Soundflow)... Thanks so much!

Hmm looks like Chris kept iterating, maybe try this one? "Convert" open plug in (with current settings) to the corresponding Audiosuite plugin #post-50

Aha, yes, it does work! :-) I had tried that one also, but before I restarted Pro Tools I was getting the seemingly random "This Node was not found" error, which often affects some of my Soundflow commands but not others, seemingly at random... (?) (If anyone has any thoughts on that issue, I am all ears. :-) But yes! This script does work, thank you so much!
Chad Wahlbrink @Chad2026-03-10 02:10:53.330ZThe next time you encounter a "This Node was not found" error, can you send us a Help/Issue Workflow report so the SF team can review your logs and system information?
That will be the best way to diagnose any potential issues.
Enjoy SoundFlow!
