SoundFlow main window hangs on logo screen on macOS Ventura 13.7.8 and never loads editor, packages, or macro screens

Steps to Reproduce
- On a MacBook Pro with Apple silicon, running macOS Ventura 13.7.8, install the latest version of SoundFlow.
- Launch SoundFlow from the Applications folder or menu bar.
- From the SoundFlow menu bar app, click any action that should open the main SoundFlow window
- Wait for the main SoundFlow window to load.
This issue has been reproducible every time in my setup after reinstalling and relaunching the app.
Expected Result
The SoundFlow main app window should open fully and load the normal interface, so I can access the editor, packages, macros, and Stream Deck setup.
Actual Result
The SoundFlow main app window opens only to the SoundFlow logo splash/loading screen and hangs there indefinitely. It never progresses to the normal interface. Any menu-bar actions that should open the main window lead to the same hanging logo screen.
Workaround
No working workaround found.
Tried all of the following without success:
-reinstalling the latest version of SoundFlow
-quitting and reopening SoundFlow
-manual permission setup in macOS:
-Accessibility enabled for SoundFlow
-Full Disk Access enabled for SoundFlow
-App Management enabled for SoundFlow
-adding Ableton in App Management as well, though Ableton control is not the immediate goal
confirming:
-VPN off
-Firewall off
-iCloud Private Relay off
-no obvious ad blocker, network filter, or security software active
confirming Elgato Stream Deck app is not installed
-Stream Deck connected directly to the computer and also tested disconnected
-internet connection otherwise appears normal

Context:
I am trying to set up a new Stream Deck Plus for use with SoundFlow and Ableton.
The issue appears to be with SoundFlow itself, not specifically the Stream Deck, because the same hanging logo window appears even when the Stream Deck is disconnected.
The SoundFlow menu bar app is visible, but any action that should open the main window routes to the same stuck loading screen.
I do not receive a fresh Accessibility prompt after reinstalling; permissions were added manually in macOS settings.
I have not installed streamdeck software

Thanks for logging this. I appreciate you sharing the steps you have tried so far.
The Elgato Stream Deck XL+ is a recent product from Elgato. Unfortunately, we have not yet added support for it in SoundFlow.
I'll link this forum post to the internal issue, so you will be updated whenever we have news about official SoundFlow support for this new Elgato device.
I would try the following:
- Disconnect the Stream Deck XL+.
- Restart your computer.
- Launch SoundFlow if it's not set to automatically launch.
- Try to open the SoundFlow Editor using the "Open SoundFlow" button in the SoundFlow menubar app.
Let me know if the Editor still has trouble loading for you, and we can try some other steps.
