Anyone else having problems pasting the Streamdeck incons?
Here it either takes forever (like a couple of minutes) to paste an Icon, or sometimes it`s
even not working at all.
I really like the way Stream Deck is integrated into Soundflow 3.7, but please give us some
basic text formatting options, like fonts, size, etc.
thanks,
Nico

Hi Nico.
I have heard one report from a user who had issues uploading files. This was due to his ISP classifying the Google Firebase Hosting servers that we're using to store user content, as a potential security issue. Obviously that is a false classification, but it did cause some issues for that customer. Perhaps it's worth checking if something like that could be the case for you too.
On #2 - yes we're planning to do that :)

Hey Christian,
thanks for your quick reply.
I am on a "standard" iMac with no specific internet settings.
Could you point me in the right direction where to check ISP classifying?thanks,

For our other user, the issue was related to his Internet modem/router having Advanced Security as a setting. I think if and only if your ISP is to blame - which is just one between many other potential reasons - then it could also be a setting on your ISP account dashboard somewhere.
I think it would require a lot more troubleshooting before we can rule out why in your specific case your connection to the hosting server is slow.- NNico Berthold @Nico_Berthold
So anything i could do? Never had any problems connecting to a server here ...

I understand.
Basically - all we know right now is that from your computer to the server, something is making that connection slow, somewhere along the route. It could be anywhere along that route, but the first thing to rule out is whether or not your ISP is doing this out of false security reasons, so I would contact my ISP and tell them that you have trouble connecting with the Google Firebase Storage servers, and whether or not that it could be an issue on their end. Note, they'll likely just say no because it's easier - but it could help. Here you can see the related Xfinity/Comcast issue in the US that I was talking about:

What's the name of your ISP and your location? (You can write this on christian@soundflow.org if you prefer for privacy)

A simple reboot did the trick!
