Stream deck turns off after pushing the button

Steps to Reproduce
- Stream deck: More Actions / SF install profiles/ Stream deck connected as SoundFlow Full Screen XL
- Click ,,Show Deck" in SF
- Push the Stream Deck's button
Expected Result
Pro Tools should react on the selected command (it works fine when I click the same command using only SoundFlow)
Actual Result
Stream Deck turns off and then shows up again. Pro tools doesn't react, SF doesn't show any error massage.

Yes, I am.... and I've just tried to connect the Stream deck without any USB hub and it's working. I can't keep that connection though beacause my computer stands in another room. Any ideas? :):)

Also you should check the FB group for people's experiences with various USB extenders. The Stream Deck hardware units don't seem to like all types of extenders.- AAleksandra Papiez @Aleksandra_Papiez
