Hi Christian,
Streamdeck has a mobile app version of the hardware. I have subscribed to that. But I realise that this isnt shown in Soundflow. Can this be enabled by any chance?

Hi Sree.
You can only use the Stream Deck mobile app if you're using the Stream Deck app as your way of connecting to the physical devices, ie. not by using SoundFlow's direct integration.
That being said, you don't really need that app since from SF4 you can design your own touch surfaces for iOS and Android devices directly in SoundFlow.
From 4.1 or 4.2 you'll even be able to use the SoundFlow app on devices to show decks designed in SoundFlow with arbitrary sizes - so not restricted to the 3x5 as you'd be in the Stream Deck app.

If you haven't already watched my webinar on designing touch surfaces make sure to catch it in the FB group

Ah yes. I did see that. I had this question because I was planning a webinar and I have some custom Bitfocus Companion macros that are running from streamdeck. I wanted to check if I could do that without having to shift from this to the app on the phone. But Thanks! I will do this. Seems a better way to show as well! It would have helped if Bitfocus worked with Soundflow, but not a problem at all! Thanks a ton Christian!

Gotcha. What are the macros you're running on Companion?

SoundFlow does have OBS support if you're looking for that :)

I am triggering OBS scenes and ATEM input changes simultaneously. Is there a way to be able to trigger the Bitfocus on Soundflow? By the way, I do have my own surface designed for Dolby atmos and editing in Soundflow. :)

I don't know ATEM. What is that? But yea you can fully control OBS scenes from SF. Maybe would be nice for you to fully transition everything to SF.
Companion scripts are really designed for the Stream Deck app api but maybe we can build a bridge in the future.
For anything like OBS etc it makes more sense to build native support in SF though.- SSreejesh Nair @Sreejesh_Nair2
Thanks. ATEM is a hardware video switcher from blackmagic. I use that to get my S4, Pro Tools, Surface and the Master Touch Module screen into OBS that I can then use for streaming in Zoom calls when I do demos / workshops. The thing is I use this app because there is a 90 degree screen tilt for the S4 Master Module display if I need to show it correctly. So I need to trigger that input to obs via atem and simultaneously change the OBS scene as well so it feels seemless. It sounds a lot to type but once done, its quite easy. :) I also have Zoom mutes on the Streamdeck in this case. :)

Sounds super cool. We should have a chat about how SF can support this in the next release.
I have to go now but let's check in on this - maybe on Slack?- SSreejesh Nair @Sreejesh_Nair2
Sure!

So my recommendation would be to unsubscribe from that app and instead start designing your decks and wait for the next release to get them on your mobile device or design surfaces where you have full flexibility to create any layout and get going immediately

I managed to solve this and skip streamdeck altogether! I can issue OSC commands for the same so I programmed that as SF Scripts that help me do this.
Thanks for your help Christian!
