Automatic text scrolling corresponding to timeline / timecode (like a teleprompter)

While recording the narration for documentarys the recordist and the narrator always have to constantly scroll the script to be at the current position of the recording. It would be great if an (Ipad?) app could do this automatically triggered by Pro Tools timeline position, like a teleprompter would do.

Unfortunately, the texts by external authors often comes in different formatting standards and therefore a relatively flexible recognition of the written TC spots would be necessary. Because I guess, the recognition is not trivial it may be a matter of the app, initially asking for confirmation of the user what seems be the TC information in the script and then searching for similar strings.
