Connecting the various Desks?
Hi, still a newbie here. I have things working here, but was wondering how the various desks are connected to each other?
For instance, I have the "Deck Modules" on top which does indeed call up the Module in RX. But is there an easy way to call up the Sub Deck of the RX Module I choose? So if I call up say De CLIP in "Deck Modules", to then go to it's "Desk De-Clip" Deck?
I'm not entirely sure what the "Deck Modules Activate" does, so guessing the answer is there somwhere.
Otherwise really love all the individual decks, just trying to understand how they all work together so I'm not hitting Show Deck to get it to show up on Stream Deck.
I'm a newbie still, so trying to wrap my head around how they all work together.
Thanks!.........Andy

Hi Andy,
You can either use the macro action "Show Deck on Stream Deck" to force a deck to be shown within another macro's set of actions.
Or, you can use something like Window Triggers to automatically ensure a specific Deck is shown whenever a specific iZotope module becomes focused.- AAndy Daddario @Andy_Daddario
Hi Christian!
I'm assuming it would be "Windows Triggers"? Is that a separate app? I'm not familiar with that one I guess.
As this "Deck Modules" is already loaded with all 15 keys, (on a 5X3) I was trying to understand if there was a way to then trigger it's corresponding sub deck.
In this particular one choosing Ambience Match from the "Deck Modules" (top deck I guess you'd call it) to then automatically have it load the "Deck Ambience Match". I'm pretty good on getting back to the "Deck Modules" writing a new key, but not certain on how to get to the sub decks. (sorry if that doesn't make complete sense).
So is Windows Triggers maybe my answer?
Thanks!.......Andy

No, Window Triggers. They're a specific type of Trigger that you can add to your commands, scripts, decks in SoundFlow, so that they're triggered when a specific window comes into focus.
I'm fairly certain I talk about this in one of the webinars on Facebook, but off of the top of my head I'm not 100% sure.
You add a Window trigger like any other trigger in SoundFlow, by clicking "+ New Trigger". Then, you can configure the window trigger by setting it up so that it has the proper values for the specific App (in this case, iZotope), and the title of the window would probably be specific to each module.

Hi Christian,
Ok very good, let me play around with that. I thought I was missing something in the Package that connected the desks together. So looks like I would write a trigger for each one individually if I'm understanding correctly.
I'll keep working on it.
Thanks!......Andy

Yes, exactly. I didn't write this particular package, so I don't know how it works - but triggers generally don't come with packages (yet, at least).
I found the video now:
https://www.facebook.com/watch/live/?v=879486215885849I highly recommend watching this webinar. At around 39 minutes I start talking about Window triggers.
Just before that I talk about Application triggers, which are also great to master.- AAndy Daddario @Andy_Daddario
Terrific Christian, thank you for all the help!......Andy
