Logic Pro X- Focussing Soundflow to open plugin window (Melodyne)

So i'm now trying to create my first LPX macro- for Melodyne (ARA) in Logic Pro X.

I have Melodyne 5 as the first insert on all vocal tracks- and with ARA the audio is loaded in automatically. My idea is to open a melodyne instance, and automate turning all the esses down using the sibilant balance feature. That command chain would be (inside the plugin):

-Select All (melodyne already uses Cmd-A for that)
-Select Sibilant Balance Tool (Shortcut assignable inside Melodyne, let's say 'S')
-Reduce esses 30% (numerical input on Melodyne UI)
-Close window (Logic shortcut is V)
-Maybe a select and 'Bounce to Disk' (^B) for fun but not necessary

I can't even get it started tbh. Any way to get Soundflow to acknowledge/interact with the open plugin window? It seems hit and miss. Unfortunately Logic just names the plugin window after whatever channel it's on (i.e 'Audio 1') so there doesn't seem to be a way to point to the window specifically.

I mean, something like this works for example to close the plugin window (although Logic can do that with shortcut 'V'):

Sometimes 'First Window' won't work, sometimes 'Focussed UI Element' does. And vice versa. I wish I could just write 'Melodyne 5'!

The second hurdle would be to interact with the Melodyne menu items in the plugin window, but again it seems from trying to 'Pick' UI elements to interact with, using X and Y coordinates might be my only bet.

Using the 'Popup menu' actions in Soundflow seems to be a dead end too.

In the Melodyne plugin window there is a Setup>Preferences… menu for example. Inputting this:

    Results in this:

Is 'Popup window' the wrong way to think about things? Is it a Pro Tools only thing?

If anyone has any example scripts or action sequences (preferable!) that interact with 3rd party Logic plugins in any way i'd love to see them. Maybe I can fudge something but am a bit lost currently!

I know I'm a bit late to the party, but you can click on the [First Window "Audio 1"] part of the UI Element command row and select just [First Window] instead so that it will work with any open window

          Hi @Dan_Radclyffe & @Oscar_Fogelstrom,

I just thought I'd give you a heads up in case you were not aware, recently we added an Official Logic Pro package to SoundFlow that includes, Plugin, Instrument, MIDI FX, and Send loaders + much more. The package is available in the SoundFlow Store and requires Logic Pro 10.8 and above, and SoundFlow 5.7.0.

If you're interested, we'll be holding a webinar tomorrow Thursday 14th March at 11 am PST. If you are interested, be sure to register at the following link:
