SUG: Change the order of the comments

Hi,

1- Is there a way to change the order of comments when adding it?

  • I'm asking this because when I'm on a browser and writing a comment and hit the Shift+enter to send the comment (this without stoping the video), after a 3rd or 4th comment I can't see the video window!
  • Workaround is to put the video in picture in picture and then I can see the video comment at the same time

2- I would love a way to enter comments when I'm in full screen (this is desktops and tablet/phones browsers)

  • ex: When I'm in playback in fullscreen If we could hit a special key comb to popup box / swipe finger, where I can write and enter the comment would be perfect, after enter the comment the popoup would disappear. (I know is not easy)

3-This is a minor thing, in Android when I touch the play/pause button, frame forward and back it wont work (loop too). I can only playback and pause when touching the video window. It seems ok in iOS.

        Thanks for your feedback, and sorry for the late response.

        1. It is on the roadmap to redesign the player/comments viewer or at least offer an alternative view. We hope to get to this in Q1 2021.

        2. This would be doable on desktops and maybe Android, but I do not think it would be possible on iOS without developing a dedicated app. Anyway it is a great idea, and I will see if it's something we should look into.

        3. Noted, we will see if we can figure out why this is. Recently some changes has been made to accessibility in browsers and the HTML5 player we are using. Could be related to this.
