There is a way to MOVE or DRAG A TRACK ? in Pro Tools

Hi,
I wonder if there is a way to move/drag a track, lets say I want to position the track before or after where the track is?
Fox example Selected Track move 2 Positions before or after

and also Track "X" move 2 Positions before or after

I wonder is that is possible. and no relative to "Track Number", just relative to Track position.

I also want o know if now there is a better more elegant way than what is here:
