Stream Deck no longer showing Soundflow decks after 4.2 Update

    Hi,

    Running into an issue after the latest update to 4.2. At first, I was getting one deck appearing on my Stream Deck but it was no longer dynamic, as in when I'd switch to different applications it would stay stuck on the one screen. Checked all the settings within Soundflow and app activate and seemed to be fine.

    Did a reset up of the Stream Deck in the Soundflow App and now I no longer have any decks appearing, just the Soundflow symbol. If I select IPad or This Machine the decks appear on the IPad or my computer screen, but I would like to get it so they're back on my Stream Deck.

    Currently running on Mojave 10.14.6 Any help would be much appreciated!

      Hi Seth,

      We've seen this issue reported a few times. We're working on a quick-fix.
      The workaround is to make an editable copy of those installed Decks and manually select the Device they should be shown on.

          Hey Christian,

          I downloaded the 4.2.2 preview, but unfortunately still does not work. It looks like other users installed decks I've downloaded are able to appear and have the Make Editable Copy Option. But with all my personal decks I've made the only the button that is showing is Show Deck. There isn't an option to Make Editable Copy.

            Hi Seth,

            With 4.2.2, you shouldn't need to Make Editable Copy anymore. That's only a temporary workaround for installed decks - not for your own.
            For your own decks, you should be able to select which Device they should be shown on by clicking the Device dropdown here:

            So, when clicking Show Deck, your Decks don't show?

              Thanks. I don't have Stream Deck as an option on the Device Tab, only This Machine and IPad, which work fine, but need to connect to the actual Deck. Sent a help request.
