Show Plugin Parameters on Stream Deck?

Hi there, @Andrew_Scheps mentioned in his recent video introducing his great new color app that he uses his Stream deck to automatically display specific plugin parameters when he opens certain plugins? (SOC?) Does anyone know how this is done?
I work on a D-Control ICON console and some of the plugin mapping, particularly from newer 3rd party manufacturers, isn't correct and now unsupported with no hope of fixing! This workflow would make a great workaround for this issue!

Andrew Scheps @Andrew_SchepsDifferent plugins make more or fewer of their controls available for scripting. Omni channel is pretty good about it. I'll publish a free deck in the store so you can see how I'm doing it.
