Issue selecting preset

Hi,

I love this plugin, but so far the only way to get it to work for me is to have a default preset and then render, any time I try to select a preset it fails.

Not sure if I am setting the preset path correctly?

Anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks for reporting it here.

Can you show me a screenshot of the plugin when open, a screenshot of the preset menu when it's open (to see the path to the preset you're trying to load) and a screenshot of your macro?

Hint: You can take screenshots with Ctrl+Shift+Cmd+4 and then paste directly into the forum text editor

I was hoping Daniel would follow this up. Trying to udnerstand if the Preset PATH is to the root preset in the finder or the from the popup ui elemnt? Either way I'm sure I have it wrong. Here's my Pictures and my attemp. I often do the SAME thing all the time with EQ would love to have simple presets.

  I work in Dark mode. Could that be part of the problem?
  
  I tried another plugin (Pitch 'n Time Pro) just to see if it was Fabfilter specific, but that one also threw an error. Posted below:

  Nick Leyers Audio Suite Package works for some reason. Just strange that this one doesn't. I like how much more streamlined this one is personally.
  
  Also I'd love the option to streamline even more where it doesn't bother to check the input and output mode, since for my workflow I never change those. Just .5 second faster to not do that step :P
  
  Anyways happy to keep trouble shooting with you but I know you have bigger fish to fry out there too, wanted to let you know I found a workaround.

  This is extremely weird. I just opened the package and tried it in my Pro Tools 2020.12 and it works just fine.
  That was in original UI mode, not dark mode though.

  Just confirmed this works well here still on 2020.12, also checked in Dark mode.
  
  Would you be able to share a screen recording and/or a session? Perhaps you've got some specific PT preferences that makes this break.

Yes, I think I had issues with that one you’re trying to use, which is why I did it myself with multiple commands using the picker option.

I’m actually unavailable to help further cos I’m away this week now, but if you have a play with the flow that I did and see if you can figure it out but the guys from sound flow are very helpful.
