Hi Curtis,
Can you share a CSV file (potentially with changed text if the notes are secret?) that displays this behavior?
What's the TC frame rate of your session?
Curtis Macdonald @Curtis_Macdonald
Yes! Here's the CSV file that isn't working like I expected it. Time code of note made in Frame.io is at "00:00:06:09" but when SoundFlow runs the script it's trying to mark at "00:06:09:00". Session frame rate is at 23.976.

Thanks, Curtis! This appeared to be a mismatch between Vimeo and Frame.io parsing code. Please try v1.2.7 :)
Curtis Macdonald @Curtis_Macdonald
Sorry I'm not following, I downloaded the CSV from the Frame.io backend via a web interface - what software should I use v1.2.7 ? I'm using SoundFlow v4.2.5
Curtis Macdonald @Curtis_Macdonald
This was the error I saw in SoundFlow

The Notes app v.1.2.7 :)
Curtis Macdonald @Curtis_Macdonald
Wow perfect! is there an option to keep all apps auto-updated?
Christian Scheuer @chrscheuer2021-04-17 00:28:19.806Z
No, by design, we have chosen apps to be manual updates, since we can't guarantee the stability of 3rd party apps.
