Hello.
In the process of creating my script, I used "click UI element" to specify the track name, and in my environment, it looks like this

As you can see, the UI name at the end is "Track Label".
But, when I share this script with some friends, it doesn't work well and when I do the click UI element in their environment, it seems to display "Track name""~" as shown below.

What is the difference between the two?
Please teach me.
best regards

Based on your previous post today, the reason why you're seeing different UI titles might be because you're on a different version of Pro Tools than your peers. Avid does tend to change certain titles from version to version.
One way to go around it is to see what other options the UI Element picker gives you for that element. You can do that by clicking on it like this:
I can tell you that in the latest version of Pro Tools
First Popup Button "Track name "Track Name""
would be the way to go, but alsoFirst Popup Button "Track Name"
would also work!Hope that helps!

Thank you for your reply.
I can confirm that it is actually the same ver for both of us.
Why do these things happen? However, based on what you told me previous post, I can keep it robust by stating that this is the "first popup button" in any ver.
Is that what you mean?Raphael Sepulveda @raphaelsepulveda2021-04-29 01:19:18.241Z2021-04-29 03:06:58.070Z
Ahh, I figured it out!
Go to Preferences and make sure both of these options (Functions and Details) are selected:
Once you have them on, SoundFlow will be able to read the UI information correctly.
These are actually very important options to have on for SoundFlow to work properly with Pro Tools.
This is also another way to fix the problem in your previous post!

I just got it!
I did not know that at all.
By changing that as you said, I was able to get this to work in my environment.
That's an important point!Thank you!
