    Hello. I have a problem with StreamDeck XL freezing. It happens all the time, after a moment of inactivity, StreamDeck stops sending commands to Sound Flow, still displays my icons. I tried reconnecting SF with SD, didn't help. I need to restart SF and it works then.

    System Information

    SoundFlow 4.3.1

    OS: darwin 19.6.0

    ProductName: Mac OS X
    ProductVersion: 10.15.7
    BuildVersion: 19H524

    Steps to Reproduce

    1. It just freezes after a moment of inactivity. If I use it regularly, it works fine.

    Expected Result

    SD freezes - stops working, yet displays all icons

    Actual Result

    Workaround

    Resetting SF helps

    Other Notes

    It didn't happen on earlier SF versions. I'm on Catalina btw.

      Is this Stream Deck connected directly to your computer or through a USB hub or extender?
      The most frequent reason for this issue is if the Stream Deck doesn't get enough power or the USB hub/extender doesn't properly convert/forward the messages.

      1. In either case, the way to troubleshoot this is to try connecting it directly to the computer to see if it solves the issue.

          Yes, the StreamDeck is connected directly over USB 3 port.
          I changed port as well reinstalled Streamdeck app, then switched it off to use SF.
          And it works now.
