My StreamDeck (SD) is turning it self off and on

Steps to Reproduce
- Every minute or so the SD is turning off my ProTools Edit page
- And turn onn the SoundFlow (SF) logo
- I have to go back in SF and find my PT Edit and turn on show deck
Expected Result
The PT Edit page should stay ON all the time

The most likely cause for this is insufficient power delivery to the Stream Deck unit. The first step to troubleshoot this is to connect your Stream Deck directly to a physical USB port on your host computer. If the problem goes away, you'll know it's related to the USB HUB / extender not delivering enough power.
