Pro Tools master or aux fader volume line trim

is there a way to select a region on a Master fader volume line, and then use a Soundflow command to trim just that region up .5dB, for example?
I don't want to change the entire track fader volume, just, say, the chorus +.5dB

    1. Hey William,

in the SF editor search for "Trim Volume Automation in Selection"

      That should do it

thanks, but searching for that doens't yield a result.
under trim all i see is to select the Automation Trim mode

          1. Oops! My bad, in the store look for and install Christian's Pro Tools Utilities package. That's where it is.

                thanks again Chris

but that seems to want to work on the Ultimate only Automation Trim command.
I'm looking for the equivalent of just dragging the Volume line for a given section with the trim tool without involving automation.

that set doesn't seem to work in native at all

                1. don't think it's possible otherwise. You need the advanced automation features to do it.

                      Bummer.

I may try to figure out a way with clicks but that is probably dicey.

                      Cheers
