How do I default turn off all keyboard quick keys. Only want sound flow buttons to work. Also I seem to need to reboot soundflow upon protools open to get buttons working

Ahh yes, If you are experiencing a conflict with pre-existing Pro Tools commands. This is most probably because you have SoundFlow's Default triggers enabled.

To disable SoundFlow's Default Triggers from the SoundFlow app simply click on the "Profile" menu and select either "No Default Triggers" or "Use Default SoundFlow Triggers (Disabled)".
