      Hi @Will_Cohen and team,

I have taken a look at your log files. Unfortunately, this appears to be a hardware issue, most likely caused by incompatibility between the Stream Decks and the Draco extender.

In the log file, you can see how the system (macOS) alerts to SoundFlow that the device periodically disconnects and then reconnects. This kind of behavior is typical to see on extenders from some manufacturers and/or when there's not enough power delivered to the devices.

Unfortunately, there's not really anything SF can do since we're obviously software only. We don't have kernel extensions/drivers, so if macOS tells us the device is disconnected - we can't communicate with it.

I would recommend the following actions:

      • Double check whether it's the hub or the extender by connecting the hub directly to your computer and the Stream Deck to the hub. This will help isolate which of the two is at fault.
      • Ask a question in our Facebook group as to which extenders people have found to work reliably with Stream Decks. I know there's a lot of people who use them successfully with extenders. Getting feedback from the community at large is probably going to be the closest you can get to a recommendation for what to purchase that will work.
      • Consider, if the cable run/length is <=10m, using an active USB3 extender (no Ethernet). I'm using that for my own studio, where that works just fine.
