    Soundflow Offline

    System Information

    SoundFlow 4.3.3

    OS: darwin 19.6.0

    ProductName: Mac OS X
    ProductVersion: 10.15.7
    BuildVersion: 19H2

    Steps to Reproduce

    1. Open Soundflow
    2. It just says offline (even tho I am not)

    Expected Result

    It to load and work.

    Actual Result

    It just says offline.

    Workaround

    Sometimes, when I toggle my wifi on and off, it fixes it. Sometimes I have to do it a number of times tho. Currently, even that's not working.

    1. Hi Alex,

      Thank you for reporting this. I think this can happen on some Wifis on startup, if the network interface is too slow to become active. You should be able to quit SoundFlow entirely (click SF icon, then Quit in bottom right corner) and then relaunch it from Applications.

      Please let me know if this helps. I'll also take a look at your logs to see if I can find something out of the ordinary.

          Thanks Christian! I had to do it a few times, but once I did a computer restart then it seemed to work fairly consistent and I haven't had a problem that a quick SoundFlow restart wouldn't fix, so must have been a combination. Appreciate the help!

            I just had this happen to me, too. I quit SoundFlow, but now it won't relaunch from Applications.

              Hi @Trevor_Field,

              I'm sorry to hear that SoundFlow won't relaunch for you. The best way to rectify this is to re-download SoundFlow and re-install it. Then SoundFlow should open. A computer restart should also fix the issue.

                  Thanks! A computer restart and then another Soundflow restart got it back up and running again.
