My Stream deck isn't connecting to my Pro Tools DAW. The icons show up on stream deck but no action happen.

I can see these entries a number of times in the log file that indicate that SoundFlow receives the button press and runs the commands.

To help you more, can you give us an example of:

• Exactly what Deck is shown
• What button do you press
• Which action should it take
• What do you see on screen

And then log a new report right after you've tried these things. That will allow us to match what you're describing with words with what we're seeing in the log.

Please note that 99% of issues with Stream Decks come from inadequate power distribution to the devices. They can show up and display the last available icons yet still not work. The first troubleshooting step is always to try to connect the device directly to your computer with no hubs in between, to test if this helps.
