    All stream deck commands don't work when I'm in protools

    OS: darwin 18.7.0

    ProductName: Mac OS X
    ProductVersion: 10.14.6

    Steps to Reproduce

    1. Everything is open as usual, I don't go into my pages but no shortcuts work anymore

    Expected Result

    Error message every time

    nothing

      Hi Samuel,

      Do you have the PT language set to English?

      And can you check that your Tooltip settings are set like this:
