just curious if you can use soundflow when offline? It doesn't work when i'm offline and this is pretty annoying for travel use. Thank you!

SoundFlow generally requires an online connection to be used – see our system requirements here:
https://soundflow.org/docs/getting-started/install-soundflow/system-requirements

It should work to go online first and then go offline and it should continue to work in read-only offline mode. However, we've received a few reports that this may be unstable at the moment.
If you can get that to work, you just need to connect via your phone's hotspot when travelling, for example. The amount of data it needs to download is negligible if you've used your setup on the computer before.
