        Got it. I was running Pro Tools in German language. I switched to English and now it works :)

        Is there a way to use Pro Tools in German with Soundflow?

        1. Hi Dominik,

          Happy you found a solution :) For now, SF only works with PT set to English language, unfortunately.

            Hey Christian,

            okay!

            Is there a way to show for example the send 1 automation lane (via Select Track Display) on ALL tracks with just one button?

            My go-to solution without Soundflow was: (mac)

            In the Edit Window

            A) command+click on a send letter (for example: a)

            B) That opens the small fader:

            C) Now left-click Ctrl+Opt+Command on the fader, to open send automation a on all tracks.

            Is it possible to do this in Soundflow?

            Same question for panning. Can you show all pan automation lanes? (I normally do this with Ctrl+Opt+Command+click on the word "pan"):

            1. You can learn more about how to build your own UI automation macros here:

              1. For simulating a key command + a mouse click you'll need to use the "Mouse Click Relative to UI Element" command.
                More about that here:

                1. Or just use the Select Track Display macro and set For All Selected to Yes

                      Hey there,

                      I tried with your tutorial, but I can't get it working.
                      When I pick the UI Element, it's clicking on the button of a specific Track. But when I open another session, where no track with that name exists, it does not work. Is there a workaround for that?

                      "Select Track Display macro and set For All Selected to Yes", does not do the job either because then I have to select all tracks first (which I don't wanna do).

                      1. Oh, I see. Try this:

                        sf.ui.proTools.selectedTrack.displaySelectorButton.popupMenuSelect({
                            menuPath: ['pan'],
                            isOption: true, /* To hold down option so that all tracks are changed */
                        });

                        Note that you'll need to provide the full menu path - here I'm just supplying the root "pan" menu item for those instances where on a mono track -> stereo bus.

                        Because of the difference of track widths/layouts this method of using the drop down menu may not work across different track widths.

                            Hey Christian,

                            that's great, it works, thank you! :)
                            Can you also tell me how that works with opening the Sends?

                            I tried this, but it does not work:

                            sf.ui.proTools.selectedTrack.trackDisplaySelect({
                              displayPath: ["*(snd a)*","level"],
                              isOption: true, /* To hold down option so that all tracks are changed */
                              useWildcards: true,
                            });

                            EDIT
                            Sorry, I got it. This works:

                            sf.ui.proTools.selectedTrack.displaySelectorButton.popupMenuSelect({
                                menuPath: ["*(snd a)*","level"],
                                isOption: true, /* To hold down option so that all tracks are changed */
                                useWildcards: true,
                            });

                            Thanks for your fast support, Christian!

                            1. Awesome! :) Happy you found a good solution.
