    1. Hi Michael,

      Apologies for the delay in our response to this. Let me take a look at your log file / account.

      Do you have SoundFlow installed on more than one computer by any chance?
      Usually logouts happen because another machine logs you in.

      1. Ah, I think I see what the problem is.

        28.11.2021 13:55:20.42 <info> [AppState.AuthService.SigninProvider]: Error: FetchError: request to https://core.api.soundflow.org/v1/app/auth/login failed, reason: net::ERR_NETWORK_CHANGED

        This looks like a bug which happens when the computer switches IP address while SoundFlow is busy making the login request. This can happen if the network connection is slow to start and/or if the router assigns a new IP when you connect, which would block the SF login call from completing.

        The bug fix would be for SF to understand this kind of error and just re-try the login attempt.
        I'll make sure we track an internal bug report for this.

        1. One workaround you could make – I'm not sure if this will work or not – would be to have a persistent DHCP lease for your computer. You can set it up in your router's DHCP settings so that your computer (based on the network card's MAC address) always gets assigned the same IP. This may work if the problem is the router re-assigning IPs (for example if another device on your network had taken that available IP address while your computer was inactive). If the problem is elsewhere it may not help.

          This issue is now tracked internally by SoundFlow as SF-376

          1. This should be fixed in the upcoming version of SoundFlow.
