    Stream Deck not recognized

    System Information

    SoundFlow 4.3.8

    OS: darwin 17.7.0

    ProductName: Mac OS X
    ProductVersion: 10.13.6
    BuildVersion: 17G14033

    Steps to Reproduce

    1. Installed SoundFlow and Stream Deck. Worked fine.
    2. Restarted Mac. Stream Deck not recognized.
    3. Tried different USB ports
    4. Restarted SF

    Expected Result

    Stream Deck recognized by SF

    Actual Result

    Stream Deck not recognized by SF

    Workaround

    No

    1. Hi Hakan,

      Can you clarify what you mean by "Stream Deck not recognized"?
      What do you actually experience? Where are you seeing that it isn't recognized? What shows up on the physical Stream Deck? Is there somewhere in SoundFlow where you don't see the drop down menus? Can you share screenshots?

      1. From what I can see in the log SoundFlow does recognize the device:

        Elgato Stream Deck XL CL29K1A09313 (VID 0fd9, PID 006c, version 2.0)
        
        1. It doesn't look like you have added any Stream Deck Connection triggers to your account, so when you immediately start SoundFlow or connect the device, nothing will be shown on it.

          If you want a deck to be shown by default when SF is launched or the SD is connected, make sure to add such a trigger to your deck.

              I think I understand, and it probably was a temporary problem due to a bad USB connection - anyway, now it works.
