Hello, I was trying to setup a macro/script that allows me to "Show Take Lanes" on Ableton. This command isn't in the menu, appears only when you click on a track.
Is there a way to do this?

    Thanks!

    1. Hey @Matteo_Zedda,

You're correct, there doesn't seem to be a menu item for this, but an alternative would be to use the Press Keys command to simulate the "Show Take Lanes" keyboard shortcut:

          Thanks so much! It works!
Quick question, do you know also if is possible to setup a macro/script to activate the metronome?

          1. Yeah! You can use the "Mouse Click Relative to UI Element" command.

For the UI Element, click "Pick" and select the Ableton Window.

For the Relative Position X and Y, you can use the MacOs screenshot tool to get the values. Press Shift+Command+4 and a crosshair will appear, click at the top-left of the Ableton window and drag until you reach the center of the metronome icon. Keep holding and make note of the numbers that appear on the crosshair, the top number is x and the bottom is y.

In the screenshot below are the values that worked for me!
