Christian Scheuer @chrscheuer2022-01-30 17:38:46.337ZHi @Volker_Hinkel,
This is a known issue in Pro Tools that unfortunately SoundFlow has no control over.
Click here for more information about the Pro Tools Menus Issue and workarounds;
Volker Hinkel @Volker_HinkelHi Christian,
yeah I know about this workaround.
but in the new protools version the font is white and the background is very bright.
so I´m not able to read anything.
is there a way to set the font color to black?
when I switch back to classic mode it´s still the same problem
best regards
volker
Christian Scheuer @chrscheuer2022-01-31 09:10:16.617ZHi Volker,
Can you share a screenshot of this? This sounds like a Pro Tools bug.
Volker Hinkel @Volker_HinkelHi Christian,
here comes the screenshot ...cheers volker

Christian Scheuer @chrscheuer2022-01-31 10:17:14.826ZThank you! So, just to clarify so I can report this on to Avid - you have Dark mode in the OS and Dark mode in Pro Tools correct?
Volker Hinkel @Volker_HinkelHi,
no ... only dark mode in ProTools.
Mac Os was on bright- In reply tochrscheuer⬆:
Volker Hinkel @Volker_Hinkelif I switch to classic mode in PT it´s even worse !

Christian Scheuer @chrscheuer2022-01-31 11:01:02.138ZWow. What version of Pro Tools is this? The title bar is also odd looking with Avid Link and Help all the way to the right. Do you have any kind of customization going on?
Volker Hinkel @Volker_HinkelIt is PT Version 2021.12.0
but it´s running on a new M1 MacBook Pro.
maybe that´s the problem ?
Christian Scheuer @chrscheuer2022-01-31 11:42:42.171ZOk, thank you. That's so odd looking. I have got PT running on a M1 laptop as well and I'm not seeing those issues with the white text on system menus. I run macOS in dark mode, not sure if that could impact it.
Christian Scheuer @chrscheuer2022-01-31 11:43:59.276ZHere's how mine looks. macOS 12, M1 chip, Pro Tools in light mode, macOS in dark mode.

Vic Cuccia @viccucciamusicHi there guys,
Are there any updates on this? Also getting fully white menus on my end:

Christian Scheuer @chrscheuer2022-04-14 10:20:09.679ZHi Vic,
Unfortunately, this is a Pro Tools bug that SoundFlow cannot control, so I can't give updates on when this will be fixed. We hope it will be fixed in a future Pro Tools release.
Vic Cuccia @viccucciamusicAll good, I can use the "search plugin" alternative for now. Thanks, Christian!
In reply toVolker_Hinkel⬆:Vic Cuccia @viccucciamusicThought I'd post an update here: I changed Pro Tools' color for another reason, but then noticed the Menus looked correct! I'd bet the issue comes simply from Pro Tools' text color not being adjusted correctly. Hope it helps!

Christian Scheuer @chrscheuer2022-04-16 20:44:28.627ZThanks for sharing!
