Installed Soundflow - Pro Tools shortcut keys not working

Just installled soundflow 5 and using Pro Toosl Ultimate 2021.10. (Mac)
After installation ~ no longer switched between slip, shuffle, spot and grid mode. Instead the ~ key trys to initiate some automation.
Also, the shortcut to consolidate a file no longer is wokring. shift+option+3.
when I quit soundflow these quick keys begin to work as normal.
Any help with this is greatly appreciated!

These seem to be the default SoundFlow Triggers that have taken over certain shortcuts.
You can either turn off shortcut triggers individually for every action you don't want or turn them all off at once. I'll show you how to do both:
- For the toggle slip, shuffle, spot and grid mode shortcut, disable the "Create Boundary Automation Breakpoints" command trigger. You can do so by clicking on the switch as shown in the screenshot below. You can quickly search for this command by pressing cmd+k and typing in the name when the popup search comes up.
- For the Consolidate shortcut, that would be the "Send 3" command in SoundFlow
- If you'd like to disable all SoundFlow shortcuts so you can discover them one by one, you can do so on the menu items Profile > Use Default SoundFlow Triggers (Disabled)
