reFuseMulligan and SoundFlow?

Check out this little app which handles auto-mapping MIDI input to plug-in controls:

Thinking this might be a handy tool to sit between a custom SoundFlow MIDI deck and PT — to translate basic MIDI input to any plug that is open.

Would that work? Or is this recreating the wheel in some way?

Mulligan is great and has really changed the way i'm mixing now.

It can take input from any Midi device, but works best with knobs. That said they have added some additional features like "previous track" and "next track" which work lilke p and ; in Pro Tools. Also solo and mute for selected track. transport controls. and even ability to control a master fader. (I hate to say it but the Behringer X-Touch Mini is the perfect controller for this App.)

What exactly are you envisioning controlling ?

I’m thinking about attempting to use a SoundFlow surface with faders as the control surface to control Mulligan. Would that work? Or is there a way to do it with SF natively?

My goal is to be able to jump from track to track, plug to plug and use a control surface of any kind to control the plug.

Yes that should work just fine. Tho you may find you want encoders in some situations.

Leigh is adding a lot of parameters that Mulligan can control so it’s only gonna get better.

Not sure what you mean by “natively” in this context.
