The issue getting this to work is usually with where the clicks happen.
Take a look through the script and where it says "relative position" change the clicks to where they actually happen for you on the screen.

If you're struggling to find out where that is, make a new test macro and use a click relative to the window position to help you work out where it's at.

You can also use the Mac OSX screen capture shortcut to find out exactly where to click. Do a Shift-CMD-4 to bring up the cross-hairs, then make a note of the coordinates at the top left corner of the audiosuite window, then move them down to the button to click and do the math to figure out how many pixels different it is for your screen.
