SoundFlow / stream deck issue with Adobe Premiere

SoundFlow is working great for me, really loving it as always. However I have a small problem with Adobe Premiere, and I'm trying to see where the problem is and if I can solve it.

I use SoundFlow to manage multiple Stream Decks. Sometimes after I've been using Adobe Premiere (which has its own application-triggered deck with multiple commands), SoundFlow seems to freeze and none of the stream deck buttons are responsive. The only way to fix it is to manually quit SoundFlow and restart it, and then the stream desks briefly show the SoundFlow logo, and then they load my decks again and everything works properly. After as while, they freeze again and I need to continue the same process.

I don't seem to have this issue with any other software (eg Pro Tools, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator etc). I'm wondering if it's specific to Premiere or if it might be something to do with the Stream Deck application (As I said SoundFlow manages my decks so I don't use the Elgato app).

Also it might be worth mentioning I use a Monogram USB hardware controller separately and I've been having a problem with Premiere in the Monogram Creator software, where some of the software parameters are automatically changed by a small amount even when I'm not touching the hardware. Not related to SoundFlow but might give some clues as to where the problem is. Monogram technical support has not yet been able to resolve the issue on their side.

Do you have any pointers as to how the SoundFlow hanging problem might be solved?

Also just to be clear it seems to be the second Stream deck that is not responding; the main one seems to be fine.

          Hi Andrew,

Even though you're seeing this being related to a specific app, everything else in your report indicates it's a power issue. The behavior of buttons stopping to work is 100% identical to what we're seeing when power delivery is the underlying issue.

Please be sure to disconnect any other USB hardware (for example your Monogram controller) and then follow the troubleshooting steps here:

Thanks for the tip Christian, I will use that when looking into the problem further
