    Steps to Reproduce

    1. added keyboard trigger /streamdeck to Melodyne Prep script
    2. Selected tracks in PT
    3. Run the script

    Expected Result

    Followed the steps in Kitch video regarding this

    Actual Result

    Pro Tools starts playback then error message appears "getUserMemLocSettings reported an error: Error: WaitForElementAction"

      Let me cc @Andrew_Scheps who built the Melodyne Helpers. Note that Andrew just launched Bounce Factory so it might be a while before he or anybody else might be able to help with this.

            Hi Magnus,

            That is incredibly strange. It's supposed to making a memory location to store how you have the session set up, but the dialog isn't opening so it's timing out waiting. No idea why it's making the session start playing.

            Just double checking, are you using Pro Tools in English? The operating system wouldn't matter for this, but Pro Tools has to be in English for SoundFlow.

            If that isn't the issue then maybe try one of the presets for the Melodyne Prep Template script instead of the standalone Melodyne Prep script.

                Hi Andrew
                Yes Pro Tools is in English (OS X in Swedish). All commands for PT is the same, cmd+numeric 5 for Memory Location and so on.
                I´ll try the Prep Template script and see if I can get that to work. I´ll get back to you.

                    I have still not got the Melodyne prep to work. I have uninstalled it and installed it again. I followed the very easy steps in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iD6fmwOUn2o

                    I tried both keyboard triggers and my Stream Deck but the results are just as before. Playback starts and I get the error message "getUserMemLocSettings reported an error: Error: WaitForElementAction"

                    Latest version of SoundFlow, OSX 10.15.7, Pro Tools 2022.4 (same result with the previous version of Protools as well.

                    Hope you can help.

                        Hi @Magnus_Lundkvist ,

                        Something is going on that I definitely don't understand. I'm travelling but maybe a quick zoom later in the week would be good so I can see the error. The fact that the transport starts playing is completely wrong.

                            The logs were with your bug report, and I can't figure out what's going on. I'm a bit swamped with Bounce Factory right now, but please post again in a week or so and I'll try to figure it out.

                              They're in the Feedback ZIP (see the link in your post), if you want to download them yourself. But yea no need to manually post them anywhere, Andrew already has access to them from that link.
