Finish Snapshot reported an error: Error: Expected string but got Object

    Hi, i'm having a problem with Bounce Factory, anytime i tried to proceed all the mix passes i took, i get the error: "Finish Snapshot reported an error: Error: Expected string but got Object". What am i doing wrong? is this a bug? Thanks
    I currently have the trial version 1.0.14

    Pro Tools 2021.12
    Catalina
    SoundFlow 5.0.15

        Hi @Simone_Bertolotti ,

        Could you please run the Collect User Files script in the package and send me the zip file it makes on your desktop? I should be able to figure out what's happening.

                    If you can't do a zoom could you take a screen shot of the Snapshot setup window before you hit Proceed so I can set one up the same way and see if I get the error?
