Are there any benefits using SF over Keyboard Maestro for Cubase?

I've been watching some of the PT videos and I'm really amazed how well it integrates! OTOH, for us Cubase users it doesn't seem to do any more than Keyboard Maestro. If I understand correctly, this is because Cubase doesn't support UI automation. Actually, things that are straight forward in KM, is quite hard to pull off since there is no "Find image on screen" functionality in SF that I'm aware of.

If a limitation in Cubase is the bottle neck, I guess the question is if there is a future for Cubase users and SF?
