    1. Hi Philip,

Could you clarify what you mean by having 2 subscriptions under 1 user? All SoundFlow accounts are personal, so 1 account = 1 user. Not sure what you're trying to achieve?

Apologize. I received a second subscription from Avid the Avid subscription Pro Tools flex version and both are registered to my account. I have 2 Stream Decks and tried to use 2 profiles one for my main studio and the other my home studio. Didn’t work so I thought maybe I need to do something else to get it working.

          1. Hi Philip,

Ah ok. When you have both the Avid Edition and Pro subscription you'll have access to Pro features. If you're on the 90-day extended Pro trial then you'll have access to Pro features for the first 90 days.
Your subscriptions don't make your account act as 2 different accounts. It's still just one account, you just have extra features as long as you have a Pro subscription active.
            You can read more here:

Please note that with 1 SF account you can be logged in to one machine at a time, but your settings travel with you. So you can set up everything the way you want it in one location, log out, log into another machine and your settings will be there with you.

I'd highly recommend checking out some of our learning information here to get familiar with how SF works:

                Thank you Christian,

I wonder if I could move that second Subscription into a new account, for my assistant. Is that possible? If so how do I go about doing that. Most likely move the Avid one which is not a trial version.

                Thanks

                1. Hi Philip,

You can't split up the Avid Edition + extended Pro trial, they are part of the same deal. But your assistant could start a regular 30-day Pro trial if they want to, just by signing up on my.soundflow.org/signup

I’m not explaining myself clearly I think. I currently have an annual SoundFlow subscription and a new Avid SoundFlow Pro subscription good until 2023. Just purchased new hardware etc. when I redeemed the license I automatically set it to my current SF user account and hence have 2 full licenses. I should have created a new SF user account and redeemed the Avid there but did not think it through.

                1. Hi Philip,

I think I understand now - could you reach out via our website chat on soundflow.org, then we can take a look at your account?

Just reached out via chat and also I created a new account that hopefully one of these subscriptions can be moved over there. Thank you for your help and apologize for the mistake.

                    1. Thanks Philip, I'll respond there.
