Steps to Reproduce
- Came to the studio yesterday and the stream deck is unresponsive to touch or key commands. It is showing the SoundFlow "screen saver"
Expected Result
It should react to pushing buttons and key commands
Actual Result
Stays on SoundFlow screen saver
Workaround
No
Other Notes
I've tried power cycling everything, checking for Stream Deck app updates, re-doing the connect SoundFlow to StreamDeck proceedure, etc.

After power cycling, what exactly are you seeing? Just a blue SF icon, a Stream Deck icon, or an animated SF icon in many different colors?

After power cycling it goes to my main "home screen" deck. I'm using it with a powered USB hub, so it seems like maybe that's the issue. I'll experiment on that front. Thanks!
