Is there a way to move clip vertically without mouse?

hi, is there a way to move clip vertically without mouse?

i can do it with mouse dragging with ctrl key same position.

but is there way to move without mouse?

i try to simple command [cut - ; (go to down) - paste] but it doesn't work if i select two row tracks.
