Open App doesn't do anything

    After installing Sound Flow and then Bounce Factory, hitting the "open app" button on the "Scheps Bounce Factory" doesn't do anything.

    Tech info:
    Mac OS 11.6.5
    SF version 5.1.5
    BF version 1.2.28

            Hi Garrett,

            Let’s try uninstalling and reinstalling Bounce Factory. If that doesn’t work you can try running the Collect User Files script in the Bounce Factory package but I have a feeling that won’t do anything either. If it does, it will place a zip file on your desktop. Please upload that to any file sharing service and post the link here so I can have a look at the log files.

            If none of this works then I think there must be something up with your SoundFlow installation. Use the SoundFlow menu and choose report issue to file a bug report and they will get back to you to troubleshoot.

                Hi Andrew, I love Bounce Factory and my 30 trial has expired. I am subscribed to Soundflow but not Bounce Factory. Can that be why I can't open the Bounce Factory App?

                    Hi @Leif_Johansen ,

                    I’m not really sure, it should operate in a mode where it will open but not let you bounce more than 1 snapshot at a time. Can you start a new thread in the forum and run the Collect User Files script and post a link to the file it puts on your desktop? That will let me see the logs and figure out what’s going on.

                      Andrew! Thanks for the quick response. I did a restart and all is well. It got me into subscribing to Bounce Factory as I knew I needed to do and I am about to bounce my first batch of stems.
