System Slow Down?

Hi, I'm having an issue with Soundflow where it slows my system down to the point where I'll use the touchpad to move the cursor and it will take 5-10 seconds for the cursor to move, at which point it will be all stuttering. I haven't been able to figure out exactly what starts the slow down. It's happened when I've had Pro Tools open, when I've had Nuendo open, and when I've had nothing open that interacts with SoundFlow. It reminds me of the days before you could get 64GB of RAM and I would try to load up too many sample libraries at once. The first time it happened I freaked out and started stopping processes and uninstalling apps until my system freed up. It started happening again once I reinstalled SoundFlow. I went through the complete uninstall/reinstall process a couple more times and it keeps happening. Anybody have any thoughts on troubleshooting or what I might be doing wrong? Thanks! Matt
